Henry's life in your marrow!

Dear Friends around the Globe, we desperately need your help!

We are a family from Poland (Warsaw) urgently searching around the globe for a bone marrow donor to cure our little two – year – old Henry ( Henio – in Polish) suffering from acute myeloid leukemia – life threatening bone marrow cancer.

Henio’s leukemia has just relapsed… Our beloved son, brother, and grandson, so full of energy, laughter, and ideas, is now battling at Warsaw hospital with the deadly disease. A bone marrow transplant from someone found either in Poland or in the world is his only chance for life!

YOU CAN SAVE HENIO’s life in a simple, free of charge, and painless way by registering as a bone marrow donor through DKMS or WMDA - international non-profit organizations dedicated to saving the lives of patients with blood cancers. DKMS is active in Poland, United States, United Kingdom, Germany, India, Africa, and Chile. Each country has a dedicated registration website. If you are from any other country go and select your country via WMDA.

If you are aged 18-55 years, you generally feel good and do not have major chronic diseases or infections, JUST

  2. Answer a few simple questions and order your swab kit online. Swab your cheeks, return your kit. Congratulations - you’re registered!!!
  3. If it turns out you match and could save someone’s life, you’ll get informed and undergo a thorough evaluation. You have the right to withdraw at any time.

The more people register in the potential donor database, the greater the chance of finding an ideal donor and the greater the chance for successful transplant. Register if you can, and please share this information, encourage others, and hang posters (link at the bottom of the post). You can register everywhere abroad; the donor database is international, just find out about DKMS or alternative bone marrow donors program.
